1. The service

UniqueFlow is a web application for quotes, invoices, planning and rentals. Access is only possible with an account created by UniqueFlow.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials and two-factor authentication secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.

3. Your data

The data you enter remains yours. You are responsible for its accuracy and for lawfully processing your customers' data. We process it only to provide the service; see the privacy policy.

4. Mailbox connection

If you connect a mailbox, UniqueFlow only sends messages when you choose to send them. You are responsible for their content and recipients. Do not use the connection for spam or unsolicited bulk email. UniqueFlow may limit the number of messages per hour.

5. Availability

We aim to keep UniqueFlow available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Keep your own copy of important documents, such as invoices you have sent.

6. Liability

UniqueFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost revenue. Liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the damage occurred, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

7. Termination

You may have your account closed at any time. We may suspend an account in case of misuse or breach of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
